Start Talking

Trees, animals, nature, and all that God created have not stopped communicating. The day comes out in its time; the night in its time, trees grow and brings forth fruits. Animals talk …

I watched on the TV recently that people in Britain need to start talking, and the TV station seized for one minute to allow families to begin to talk. This was because of the alarming (high) rate of people going into depression and there is also a rise in mental health issues in the country, especially among young people, and part of the reason is because the natural communication channel is broken. The world has become mute.

In the scriptures, God created the world from nothing, everything was void and empty. And God thought to Himself, “I cannot afford to let the world be quiet” and God decided to create things that could communicate every day, any day and all year round. Then God started talking from verse 3 of Genesis chapter 1, all the way to the end. The bible uses the word “and God said” 8 times. God started calling into being those things which were not in existence, including you and I. In the book of John Chapter 1 verse 1, the bible says “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” In Greek translation, it means “logos” – meaning any kind of communication.

Trees, animals, nature, and all that God created have not stopped communicating. The day comes out in its time; the night in its time, trees grow and bring forth fruits.  Animals talk except man. As recorded in verse 24, God created us in His own image which means we can do all things God does. He said greater works we will do. “And God said, “Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: the livestock, the creatures that move along the ground, and the wild animals, each according to its kind.” And it was so.” (Genesis 1:24).

The Potency of your Tongue

If God said we can do a great thing, that means we can create. We can speak a word to life. What have you been saying?, Are you even saying anything? In this age that no one is talking, do you even know there is power in our tongue? You can say a word into your life each day and even have extra day out of the seven that you have to confess positive things into your life and family. I have said certain things into my life that have happened, and some are still happening, all because I said it. What you say to yourself, whether good or bad, will happen. So why don’t you start talking now? Begin to say good things concerning yourself and your loved ones and watch the law of attraction in action. “So tell them, ‘As surely as I live, declares the Lord, I will do to you the very thing I heard you say” (Numbers 14:28).

It is a tradition in my family to start our day by making positive confessions over our lives, our children, ministry, finances, marriage, health, including our day. Believe me, it works. Don’t get me wrong, some things might take time before they start happening, but it works eventually in the end.

Talk: Create Your World

So why don’t you start now? Say it; I am the head, I am great, I shall do exploit, I shall prosper and so on. As you are saying it, believe it is happening in the spiritual realm and there shall be physical manifestation. Have you not heard that there are ministering angels in the air saying Yes and Amen to everything we say with our mouth? From now on, it would be wise to watch everything that comes out of your mouth. I know sometimes the situation surrounding us won’t allow us to confess anything good to ourselves. I know the feeling, in fact sometimes I still do. But once I remember this secret, I would immediately reverse it. Talk costs no penny, you’ve got nothing to lose, do it now. Start talking!
