When problems overtake you
And obstacles block your way
Don’t worry Jesus will help you
Your problems are not here to stay
The going may be tough
And the pain too hard to bear
But it will not last for ever
Just abide in His loving care
He hates to see us suffer
And it grieves Him when He we’re in pain
But He knows as we endure
We have so much to gain
For we go through trials
Our faith becomes so strong
And we learn to trust our Master
Though the days may be hard and long
For when we have endured
We have a lot to gain
And joy and peace and happiness
Shall replace our pain
